DoT artifact incoming, so why did you nerf Sunsingers?
Hey Bungie, just one quick question. If you guys had originally planned for an artifact that negates DoT in Rise of Iron dlc, what was the purpose of nerfing the "Viking Funeral" perk?
Im just curious.

A potential item will be released that may have the capacity to reduce the effectiveness of a bonus feature applied to only two grenades utilized by a single OPTIONAL perk for a specific sub-class of a specific main class!
