I think that it'd be an okay legendary, but to tie up an exotic slot, it is extremely lacking. The ROF change is okay, but the damage decrease to high ROF auto's took too much from an already lacking weapon. They should change it to where the impact stays the same during the switch, or change it all the way around so that it's a high impact and the ROF switch moves it to a medium impact AR. It's definitely not what an exotic should be.
