What's going on? I continually hear that bungie has said burn doing ticks of 4 instead of 7 is a glitch. Yet it's been in the game nearly a month now... Is it true that this was an unintended bug or is it yet another stealth nerf? Because of this change, landing a bounce perfectly at someone's feet & getting that 170 damage is no longer a kill in most cases (if any). I've read the patch notes several times and this isn't mentioned anywhere within so I'm inclined to believe it was unintentional, though confirmation in either case would be great.
