Lol it was based in an inside joke between me and my brother way back in halo 3 when we still shared an account. We'd always get hate messages that said things like "you're aids" when stomping people. We turned it into a joke and started sending back "well aids iz cured", and it just kind of carried over when I got a ps3 and was trying to make a username.
