Honestly I don't expect much to change considering it's only a 30% damage drop. It had more issues than just damage. Such as: Sniper rifle range Automatically snaps to targets Doesn't miss Doesn't truly "turn", just sort of phases to it's new target Never runs out of ammo Easily to replace as he can put one down the moment it's gone, or simply create a new one right before it dies. Fires the second you are aquired (which is the moment you enter it's line of sight). No spin up time needed.
