So, I spend all morning grinding out Rank 5 on my Warlock and finally finished it 4 mins before Reset. Fair enough right? I head to the Tower and try to claim my Rank 5 Package from Lord Saladin... Wouldn't let me claim it. I figured, "What the hell? Ah, no big deal. It's probably just lag from the Reset. I already have it, so it'll get sent to the Postmaster if I go to Orbit and come back." Yeah, long story not very short, Where the crap is my package Bungie? I guarantee that you can check that I DID get to Rank 5 just before Reset, and I Know that in your database, it'll show that it wasn't claimed, despite my multiple attempts to do so before deciding to leave and come back. I doubt it'll get fixed, but I'm gonna hashtag Help, and cross my fingers. Just really pissed at this point... Spent literally ALL night, when I should have been sleeping before work, to get that Rank 5 Package. Would appreciate some kind of help.
