Taken: Vandal, Captain, Thrall, Acolyte, Knight, Wizard, Goblin, Hobgoblin, Minotaur, Psion, Phalanx, Centurion. Rarely Taken: Ogre, Hydra. Not Taken: Shank, Dreg, Servitor, Cursed Thrall, Harpy, Legionary, Colossus. Yes... there is that one taken colossus boss in the mission 'Regicide', but its not enough to be 'rarely taken'... more like 'extremely rarely taken', which is closer to not Taken.
