9 RisposteSomeone please correct me if im wrong but it's something wrong with this damn exotic engram system? I just purchased one from xur. And it's level 20!?!. I'm level 40 shouldn't unlocking the engram make it tailored to my level? This is absolutely disgusting that I just wasted $0.29 on something useless. Is there some type of system to this something that I don't understand? Is it supposed to jump to level 40 ince i unlock the perks? Someone plz help. This is ridic.
