So here's what I was hoping to describe for PvP "Hysteria"
So I'm running Voidwalker and I see a Hunter, I smack him with [u]Hysteria[/u] and then I run like hell. He activates golden gun but sees all his allies as enemies, so he shoots the first target he sees. *Guardian Down*
I get a Golden Gun Kill as a Voidwalker as he did the dirty work for me while in [u]Hysteria[/u]. His Trials Partner then rages at him for not recognizing his character. :)

I think in PVP a fair application is that enemies under its effects have their radar going absolutely nuts.

Yeah, it's useless. Lol. How about this, any kill a target achieves under "Hysteria" is granted to the Voidwalker. [i](Note* Hysteria lasts as long as Energy Drain so spec'ing for Energy Drain also benefits Hysteria)[/i]

Yeah, that could work alright. Maybe a 10 second timer would be fair? The perk would be great for PVE without any changes though.

This has to be my favorite perk idea so I had to include it, could be a little OP, but who doesn't want a Vex Minotaur fighting your enemies for you.

Yeah I think it'd be pretty cool. I'd love to use it on an ogre.

Omg, didn't think of that. That's awesome. Maybe a Colossus would be cool too. Should it work on bosses like Valus? I guess it would only be a problem if Valus started attacking a phalanx who then saw Valus as an enemy and smacked him through a wall. Just to be safe, it won't be effective against bosses. Imagine using Hysteria on Crota, that would be nuts.
