Well actually if you go into trials with a cheater that you found in an lfg and he cheats and you win you can get banned to. So if they are named you then have a choice. If you join realise he/she is cheating you can leave obviously and Bungie will refund you your passage coins and time and oh wait, no they don't. Yes Ninjas are brown nosers.
