Check out this monster Longbow I snagged from a crucible rank up package! Shortgaze, army of one, rifled barrel, and hidden hand.

That's decent, hidden hand is always good. Honestly, it's the only way you can compete against other snipers anymore. Army of one is ok, not great. Overall: if you have hidden hand and a low-zoom scope you're golden
