This video also give some good tips for shoulder charge.
I call it "Shoulder blinking" because from the opponents view you seem to disappear as though you did a blink on the ground.

4 RisposteYou are lost young striker. This is not the way of the warrior. Shoulder charge is a technique used to bash enemy skulls and show melee dominance on the battlefield, not to slide around in the dirt like a jackass. You bring shame to my codex.
