Counterbalance patch
This balance issue really stuck out to me. Bungie states that they want other perks to be used more so they make counterbalance worse. Why not just make other perks worth a damn? And they state that it's about letting the unique recoil patterns shine through, but most gun's recoil pattern is so bad that the gun is unusable at any amount of range without counterbalance. Thus just sounds like the worst solution to problems that weren't even problems to begin with

It will still be the dominant perk, they should keep the nerf which they implanted and also buff the other perks.
