DESTINY PS3 CONVERSION TO PS4
Hi all, i brought a ps4 about 6 months ago and i never got destiny because i still had it downloaded onto my ps3 from the psn store, now i was wondering if you can transfer save game data as well as the taken king DLC??? i brought the digitial edition online and yesterday i brought destiny year 1 for ps4 on accident so again im left with no dlc and a useless copy of destiny

9 RisposteYou can transfer your character as well as the dlcs(dark below, house of wolves) for free. Now as for destiny (base game). You can download if for free if you had bought the digital edition before Jan 15th, 2015 on your PS3, if you didn't you won't be able to get it. The taken King dlc won't transfer so you'll have to repurchase it. If you buy the legendary edition you will get it all. There's a sale going on I believe.

Hey Ehbollo, As long as you're using the same PSN, you will keep all characters and progression. The Taken King expansion will not move forward with you, it's console locked. You'll need to repurchase The Taken King along with the base game, neither are eligible for the Digital Upgrade Program.
