Look, feel and sound.........says nothing about being overpowered. -As far as im concerned when i shoot the SGA i feel like i'm shooting a minigun straight outta fallout 4 with Infinite ammo -When i use the thunderlord i feel like Zeus -When i use the touch of malice, it's like im using a weapon made of evil -Shooting the dragon's breath sounds godly. Increasing the level of power on an exotic would just break it to the point it's Gjallahorn 2.0, which in some cases that's what the sleeper stimulant is. Something that puts out amazing damage but actually requires some skill to achieve it. Pretty much the complete opposite of Legendary weapons.
