Uh no, it has 17 impact when going for max impact, the Hawksaw has a max of 8 impact, that is with high caliber rounds, so say it is 7, 7+7+7=21, and the Red Death has 17 max impact...
So no, the Red Death even with max impact wouldn't have 1-banged even based on your logic...
