Red Spectre
This weapon has the same RoF as Haakon's Hatchet, and twice the impact. Looking at the stats of this weapon it should be much better, but currently it is mediocre at best.
Red Spectre needs a buff.

It's impact does not match it's archetype. My assumption would be that its stats were made to match that of red death, since it is described as a prototype. If it truly had as much impact as the bar suggests it would be broken at that ROF.
