Make the Bounties RNG, like the Thorn and Bad Juju bounties in year one. Then it would take a lot longer of people to get all of them. (I know RNG sucks but it keeps them rare.)

I dunno, I like what they did with TTK by making things you worked for towards. I hate RNG so much, especially the last raid having double RNG, who thought that would be ok? I sure hate not being able to roll weapons though, it takes forever to level up a faction and you get crap perks, or you buy an engram for 150 marks and get a crap roll so basically worked all week to trade 150 marks for 3. these things shouldn't be happening. Of course, perks should all be useful, not completely retarded like half the year 2 perks....I may have gone on a bit there, lol. :P

I just think that my little brother, who has only been a level 40 for about a week, should be able to get a Telesto. He should have at least had to save up a lot more strange coins or gotten it through a quest. I wish each exotic had full, fledged out quests with lots of background and lore. It would make them so much more special and unique.
