Just my opinion.... I feel like Exotics should be god tier in comparison to legendaries but should be banned from PvP. They should be game changing PvE items that give you new and interesting ways to play, but Crucible should be all ledgendary relighing on skill more so then weapon or armor choice. If anything let Mayham include exotics..
