yes they have unique perks, unfortunately those perks are now made useless by the fact that all legendaries are equal in the power rating a 335 light exotic is as powerful as a legendary of 335 light or even a rare when they should have a clear difference between them with something like 360 light maximum for exotics where the legendaries remain at 335 maximum, this would give people a reason to use them in the exotic slot, and if they don't want to do that then alternatly remove the single exotic restriction for weapons and armor. as for 3oC drops, i was lucky to get one every 15/20+ 3oC i don't call that raining exotics with year 1's style you at least got exotic bounties drop every now and then to supliment the drops which you very rarely got anyway.
