Imo xur should only bring 3oc. I remember seeing a guy back in my first week of destiny using a helm of saint 14 and the vex. My mind was -blam!-ing blown away. "OMFG its a yellow background iten omfgg what does that even mean" I remember seeing an ice breaker drop in my earlt days of destiny once and reading the exotic perk. MIND BLOOOWN.
