My Daily Cryptarch Ritual
I feel this ritual is appropriate since he always screws me over. I've literally ranked him up 20 times on each of my characters, and all I have to show for that are tons of blue engrams from a [b][u][url=http://i.imgur.com/DN2QPLO.jpg]"LEGENDARY"[/url][/u][/b] package. It's not as bad as Y1 when Exotics decrypted into Legendaries and Legendaries into Rares, but still...
