Where is the best place in mars and earth to get the warsats? What are the requirements to get the event? Please don't recommend me the public event thing. It says there is one and there isn't one. What are the requirements for triggering it. Thanks

The only requirement is someone has to be in the zone. The event tracker is out by seconds to a few minutes. Some zones can have multiple events spawn but it's totally rng with which spawns. Best thing to do is to get 2 friends or randoms and then each goto a different zone and then when a Warsat appears, you race to it.

Hello, I know you said not to recommend it, but please use it, it's a very helpful site for this part of the quest. Wherever it says Warsats can spawn is the place to go, however the Public Event that drops will always be random. When I did this I noticed I had to stay in places about five-ten minutes after they were supposed to show up.
