What should be brought up to y2 ?

The old raid with at the least, Year 2 necrochasm and Mythoclast. Those guns were the most sought after unique guns that you could actually chase in year 1. (I know everybody and their momma wanted gjhallerhorn, but you could get that from several sources.)
