That post about an interview with a Bungie employee...
Apparently I am terribly mis-informed. A guardian below has helped me see why the post was shut down.
Edit: The answer has been found: The CoC says that you cannot reveal information about upcoming content, so I'm guessing that's why the post was closed down.

8 RisposteI'm assuming you haven't been here that long and don't understand how Bungie works. I've been here since the Halo 3 days (about 8 years) and they do whatever the hell they want. It's an Oligarchy. And they have every right to be. The first amendment doesn't exist within companies. You can't say and do whatever you want. You think you can go up to your boss and say f*** you and not get fired? That's the way it is with Bungie and that's the way it has always been. They're assholes. I've just gotten used to it. Their "ninjas" are like their little KGB.
