In my opinion... The video doesn't exactly show why it needs to be nerfed. What I see is someone who got disconnected from the Destiny servers. As for the Fist of Havoc, in the mere seconds that I could see the guy perform it, it looks like it worked according to how it's designed. The OP doesn't really explain why it's OP. Other than that it killed him/her from maybe 10 - 15 feet away??? I'm also aware that this is apparently Satire
