In parts of Africa it is part of the adopted culture for women to be topless. It is normal there. I can assure you that the moment women [i]here[/i] start walking around topless, you will have a problem. Do you really expect the people of America to just all of a sudden [b]not[/b] find naked breasts attractive? Women will still looked at sexually by men, especially if they aren't wearing a top. You are correct that breasts are simply sacks of fat, meant for nourishment, but I can guarantee that that fact will not change the way men look at them. There are some very slimy people out there who will take advantage of you being topless. I don't believe that it would be a good idea to try to change the thought patterns of an entire culture on the basis of, "Because I said so". I just can't see this idea playing out well in the real world.
