Yes Does player B have considerably better gear, and experience? Yes If your looking for players to get your raid done in an hour and a half, which player would you choose? [spoiler]I'd choose player b. I only help lower light players after I've done my raids, because it often takes 3 hours+ to complete the raid with lower light players. (Not because they have low light, but because you have only had a few completions and lack experience and/or proper gear.)[/spoiler]
