Not really. I was 320 before the update...and still 320. Granted, I haven't ran the raids this week since my fireteam doesn't run till Friday night but I've done plenty of PoE and my nightfalls. Best rewards I've gotten so far are a 320 Telesto and 322 Voidfang, the rest has been crap. Except for that sparrow horn :/ But seriously...expecting RNG to give everyone plenty of 325+ gear on the first week is a bit much.
