Why even update the dreg's promise if you nerf it to shit at the same time?
they are nerfing the fire rate and the damage by 40%. This leaves it firing slower than a low RoF pulse with 30 to the head and 24 to the body and painfully slow projectile flight speed. You think slight tracking will make up for destroying the weapons damage and fire rate?

2 RisposteThey're preemptively preparing for its abuse. Killing the problem before it starts. I know I'd use it in its full power with tracking bullets. Not so much if those bullets tickle. But anyway Where is this 40% reduction I keep hearing about ?
