Infinite. The density of energy is too isotropic for it to be finite. The Big Bang did not eject anything. All it symbolizes is the point in time with which time is not observable prior to. Following this, space time expands infinitely dense energy. Quantum fluctuations cause it to clump, which eventually causes it to become matter. If there is infinite energy, there can be infinite matter.
