Ahhh the life of a supermarket assistant. We get a lot of foreign people in our shop because we're in an extremely touristy place, and the other week a guy came over and wanted a 'bucket for water'. We don't sell buckets and I explained as much. He then conferred with his friend in some language I assume Arabic or Punjabi or something, and he then asked for a 'box' of water which again I explained we don't have, but we do have cardboard carriers for wine if he wanted to buy individual bottles of water and put them in that. He seemed to agree and I took him over to the wine which is right next to the bottled water. He immediately walks over to the bottled water and picks up two great big multipacks and repeats annoyedly "Box of water". And I was like "well shit".
