Do you think that for one second Bungie gives a Rat's Furry Ass what you think about Micro Transactions? I sure don't. They are here, they are part of the game. Quit whining and crying about it. It isn't going to change a damn thing. If they thought that they would make less money, they would not have added them. Clearly their market research shows that it is a profitable addition to the game. If you leave and never come back, they do not care. They already have enough of your money. Get to steppen!
