Shoulder charge also suffers laggy hit detection, requires you to aimed enough to make contact, to be sprinting (i know..) and has to be selected as a perk. Its also one of the best parts of its lacking neutral game. Think about it. GG has access to double burning OHK knives, 2 awesome OHK grenades, triple jump, a super that 1 hits, easy to aim, and doesnt always have to make contact for a kill, perks that increase stability and reload that also stack and perks like scavenger. Sunsingers have an obviously great neutral game. Sunbreaker lacks hards. Blade dancer is known for having very good neutral game (especially once the exotics come out). Voidwalker, defender and stormcaller dont necessarily have bad neutral games but they are also not renown for it.
