Arcbolts hit for 122 no matter what.
Firebolts tag for 85 and do 11 ticks of 7 damage. If the grenade activates at the feet then it will only do 97 damage and no burn.

Arcbolts haven't hit for 122 since Update 2.0.0 over six months ago. They received a 25% Damage nerf, and now hit for 91. The patch notes claim they now hit for 75, but that is not true in game. https://www.reddit.com/r/CruciblePlaybook/comments/3k4bex/200_patch_notes/
