OP is an idiot that doesn't even know a thing about Division or Destiny itself for that matter. Destiny didn't have Raids released from day one either. Destiny was also about grinding for max gear as 'endgame' initially. Destiny bosses are also bullet sponges, only in Division you can kill them in 2 minutes tops not spend 15 minutes like in Destiny.
