Not for me by a long shot. Since all games get season passes now it seems, the majority I have purchased typically include 1 DLC per quarter, not 2 over a year (and the ones that do release less like Witcher have WAY more content) and most of the current games I've played have lots of patches and updates (hell Division already has had 1 and has another on the way this week + new content next month and the month after).
