Please see attached article from consumer report regarding "free with purchase".
Bungie never said this is free, not sure why OP is stating it is.

You can read the article above from consumer report yourself and see the error of your thinking. As stated in there, when a merchant is offering something truly free, you don't need a disclaimer. Stating with a purchase of "something" Is not free but getting something at no additional cost. "At no additional cost" and "free" are two different things. The fact that bungie stated in their post people who have purchased TTK, is stating its not free. By Law, they have to state "with purchase" to let the consumer know it's not free.
