Why were Nothing Manacles nerfed?
The Nothing Manacles might as well be renamed to the Non Tracking Tickle Monsters because they are downright weak now.
They're ok in PVE but your throw has to be pretty much on top of them. In PVP, you're better off ditching them for something else.
I just want to know what was the point behind hitting these with the nerf bat?

I got them so early. The moment how dropped I got them from my first nightfall. And I ran them for so long. And now they are shit. Bungie just nerfs things to seem like they are trying to fix the game.
