Why were Nothing Manacles nerfed?
The Nothing Manacles might as well be renamed to the Non Tracking Tickle Monsters because they are downright weak now.
They're ok in PVE but your throw has to be pretty much on top of them. In PVP, you're better off ditching them for something else.
I just want to know what was the point behind hitting these with the nerf bat?

Modificato da brian the psion: 3/16/2016 9:40:10 AMbecause the only nades we are supposed to use end in fking bolt right? god forbid one of the only unique nades be useful with an exotic. they had the balls to change hunter spine to give them 2 of the most easy to use nades in the game aside from bolts. I mean even in there old form you still had to be really close to get a fatal hit and if you knew how to use them you would shrekt peeps which seems fair as tripe mine can be sticks mines and cc all at the same damn time. #makemanaclegreatagain
