It's very true since hand cannons are high impact. Pop a shot with a hand cannon (TLW for example) plus a tag with a firebolt and you can walk away.

O I know I can. Aside from countering that bolt/burn I can beef up and this damage would not kill me. I was showing how people are going to extremes in all their statements to exaggerate something just because they want it gone lol.
