What perk is on it?
I bought it but forgot to pick it up.

I would wait until you get persistence or counter balance. It does not have it this week. But monte carlo is awesome with a no back up plans max strength build in any activity haha

Max strength? I try max int and dis with bubble Titan, but never strength, is it that good?
