Honestly I've been saying this since they put life support in.. We realize prior to TTK the only gun that had this perk or one similar was Red Death amazing gun. They essentially just made an exotic perk available but I never see anyone use it or even mention it's value I prefer it to firefly or any of the speed reload perks.
