Very strong in a skilled hand for close range. If you're a great sniper who can snipe close range easily then TLW/sniper is the perfect combo. But close-mid range it starts getting inconsistent and weak and very easily countered. TLW is not as easy to use as everyone thinks but it is a very strong gun.
