How come you think it's acceptable to allow someone who hasn't had a single kill in a 10 minute crucible game to get legendary items that come in high light levels, however when a player comes top of the leader board they get no more than a mote of light? FIX THIS

Loot is not based on performance. It is randomly awarded, by design.

Because if they only rewarded top players it would open up even MORE exploiting and cheating. The reward system also encourages all player types to participate.

The loot system is not broken, it is designed that way.
