League of legends gets balances like every 2-3 weeks. That game has far more elements to balance and they don't have issues like this. There is really no excuse. It's like they're being assholes on purpose.

Look at the division. Whether you liked it or not, look at what they did in between betas. They -blam!-ing balanced and fixed glitches, improved the Darkzone AI spawn times and loot drops ect. For a beta. They released this big patch, just for a beta. And that patch had more in it (only 2 weeks in between the 2 betas) than destiny does 6-8 months. Ducking crazy.
