I'm not really trying to defend Bungie. It's just clear they've struggled with this game before and after release. I don't think it's a matter if they don't want to make it better, but rather a matter of they can't. They either don't have the manpower or the know how to make an fpsmmorpg thingy. They should have hired someone in or partnered with another company that knows how to make a game like this.
