Step five, disolve the governments of every country and create a single world government. Step six, dont base it on america cause our governing system is good on paper, but in actuality it sucks fat DONGS and no ones opinion matters unless they make a 7 figure sum or higher. Step 6.5, base it on the imperial senate design of the romans. Trust me it would be better.
