This perk seems a bit too inconsistent for my liking. Honestly it sounds badass "kill an enemy with a melee and receive ammo back" might not be exactly what it says but you get my point. I've tried using this perk and even in pve as a Titan granting ammo back works only as good as mulligan does (which you guys know is a -blam!-ing blessing from a above if it occurs hint hint bungie while your at it). I'm not saying increase to a 100% of the time but increase it to where it's more frequent. I don't know if this perk is on a shotgun because if it is I can see where it might be abused. [spoiler]i mainly want the dregs promise feel like a more viable weapon when I use it and so melee build players have a perk on their weapons that isn't going to waste[/spoiler]
