Weapon statistics comparisons
Are they by generalized or by class...meaning, If my AR is rated a 50% range and my scout is also 50% range that the damage drop off occurs at approximately the same distance or is the data class independent ARs have one distance table and Scouts have another and are not able to be used in a direct comparison?

I don't think you can compare one to the other like that. My best example would be using the impact on a sniper vs a hand cannon. Sniper can kill with one headshot but hand cannon can not even though it has more impact than the sniper.
